Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with learning and/or physical disabilities?
Join our team gap healthcare and provide essential care and support across local Supported Living and Respite Services.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care and household tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote well-being and independence
- Administer medication and monitor health as per care plans
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, observations and any incidents
Requirements:
- Previous experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Physical Disabilities (Minimum of 1 year)
- Compassionate and empathetic
- Strong communication skills
