When a mental health condition has a long-term effect on day-to-day activities it is considered a disability - so it’s perhaps no surprise that it is currently the largest form of disability in the UK. It’s a diverse and far-reaching sector, insofar as those you are supporting could be suffering from a number of different illnesses; from anxiety and depression, addiction, and eating disorders; to schizophrenia, bipolar, and PTSD – and many, many more. Often referred to as an ‘invisible illness’, mental health is finally getting the recognition it deserves – but it’s only with the support from intuitive, like-minded individuals (like you!) that we can actually make a difference in the world.
Some of the roles we recruit for include:
it’s right there in the job title, ‘Recruitment Consultant’. We want to understand exactly what it is you’re looking for in your next role; salary expectations, travel limitations, shift patterns that work best for you – everything! It’s only by consulting with you that we can match you with the right opportunity.
If we say we’ll do it, then we’ll do it. Got a question for us? Don’t hesitate to ask – and if we don’t already have the answer, we’ll find out and get back to you. Something not quite right with your job role? Let us know so we can try and get to the bottom of it.
It’s important we get to know our jobseekers so we can support their individual journey with us. We’re approachable and responsive, which means we build real relationships, and have open and honest conversations.
We’ve got lots of compliance processes in place to protect the welfare of our workers and end users, but it’s more than that – we’re always upfront and will make sure you have all the details of any opportunity before you say ‘yes’. And if you decide it’s not quite right, there’ll be no pressure from us.
