    • Once you’ve applied or registered your details, just sit back and relax – a member of our team will be in touch shortly to discuss your application.

    Complete your registration
    • We’ll need a bit more information to complete the registration process - you can do this in branch or from the comfort of your own home – whichever’s easiest!
    • Our team are happy to help with any questions you might have along the way.
    • We’ll then invite you to meet the team – we’ll take copies of some documents and have a one-to-one chat so we can get to know a bit more about you.

    Preparing for placement
    • We’ll need to complete an enhanced DBS check and some mandatory training and e-learning modules.
    • There might also be a pre-placement training session where you’ll learn more about your assignment – it’s a great opportunity to ask any questions!
    • We’ll get you set up with any required PPE / uniform, and make sure you have your key information document, your contract, and assignment details.
  • Go
    And that’s it – you’re good to go
    • But fear not, we won't just throw you in at the deep end.
    • You’ll know exactly who you’re meeting on your first day so they can get you settled in.
    • We’ll check in to see how your first day was and be in touch regularly to see how you’re getting on.

    • Following your interview, we’ll be in touch to get your feedback and see how you feel about the opportunity after meeting their team.
    • Then we’ll secure some constructive feedback from them to share with you.
  • Go
    • You’ve impressed at interview and secured the job – but our job’s not over yet!
    • If you need support with offers of employment, handing in your notice, or managing counter offers – we’re here.
    • We’ll then guide you through any pre-employment checks (including enhanced DBS check) and new starter processes that are required.
    • We’d love to check-in to see how you’re settling in.
