Jobs with Children and Young People

With a range of roles supporting children in residential, transitional, and semi-independent supported living, you’ll provide care whilst promoting a therapeutic environment based on their individual needs. It’s a rewarding career; you’ll be helping to shape the lives of young people so they can succeed and develop their full potential. It’s considered to be one of the most challenging care sectors to work in, simply due to the nature of the work and the circumstances in which many children find themselves, but it is also one of the most fulfilling; one that gives you the chance to make a real difference to the life of children and young people.

Some of the roles we recruit for include:

  • Residential Children’s Workers
  • Team Leaders
  • Home Managers
  • Managers of all levels
  • Administration and Ancillary Staff
