Registered Manager – Childrens Home
Location: Staffordshire/Cheshire
Salary: £32,500 - £42,000 DOE plus Bonus

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manageron behalf of our client to lead a small, dedicated team supporting children within a small children’s home. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a residential home for children, making a lasting impact on their lives while working in a supportive and rewarding environment.

About the Role:

As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential home, providing high-quality care for children aged up to 17 years who have a wide range of emotional needs. You’ll be part of a team that works together to create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment that helps children feel cared for and valued.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing a residential care home or similar environment
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding children and a commitment to providing high-quality care
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring the best outcomes for children in your care
  • Experience in working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties
  • A recognised management qualification (Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Care or equivalent)
