gap healthcare is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Registered Manager to lead a Residential Children’s Home in Bury St Edmunds.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate leader to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people. You’ll join a well-established care management team, working alongside other managers across a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

Our client is a non-profit organisation that has been delivering innovative, life-changing support for children and young people across East Anglia for over 50 years. Their services include residential homes, a fostering agency and dedicated support for disabled children and their families.

Duties include but not limited to

Lead and inspire a team delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care.

Collaborate with the in-house Therapeutic Team, who offer direct weekly support and practical tools for staff.

Create a nurturing environment where children can develop, recover and grow.

Provide reflective supervision and professional development for your team.

Work in partnership with families, external agencies and professionals to achieve the best outcomes.

Support positive transitions with the help of the Staying Connected service.
