Key Responsibilities:

• Forge Client Relationships: Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, establishing strong, long-term connections.
• Understand Hiring Needs: Conduct in-depth meetings with clients to identify their specific recruitment needs.
• Client Engagement: Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients, exploring new business opportunities.
• Source Top Candidates: Implement diverse strategies to identify and attract healthcare professionals who meet client requirements.
• Craft Job Postings: Create compelling job advertisements that draw high-quality candidates.
• Interview and Prepare Candidates: Conduct interviews and prepare candidates for client meetings, ensuring the best match.
• Negotiate Offers: Manage offer negotiations to secure successful candidate placements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven Recruitment Success: A track record of success in healthcare recruitment or a related field, with a focus on driving business growth and maintaining client relationships.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Relationship Building: Ability to nurture and maintain professional relationships.
• Goal-Oriented: Motivated by success in a competitive and dynamic market.
• Organisational Skills: Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks.
