Service and Quality Enhancement Manager
Are you an experienced and knowledgeable learning disabilities and/or mental health service manager with a passion for service and quality enhancement currently looking for your next role in the Shropshire region?
If that sounds like you, I am currently recruiting on the behalf of my well-established client who provide support throughout the region to service users with learning disabilities, autism and those with mental health needs through their multiple supported living projects.
The successful candidate will work across the county to improve the service quality, implement new legislations and drive continual improvement within the service providers supported living projects in the area, working with the registered managers and operations team you will play an essential role in ensuring the service users receive the best care possible and all members of the care and support team are knowledgeable and effective in their daily duties.
