Young People Service - Team Leader
Gap Healthcare are currently supporting their client who are looking for a Team Leader to join their Team Supporting in a Children’s Service in Harlow
The right candidate will assist the service to provide high quality accommodation-based support to Children and Young People with complex support needs including, mental ill health, potential gang affiliation, those exploited in county lines and other complex needs.

About you:
- Experience supporting vulnerable children and young people to achieve independent living
- Be passionate and supportive of the needs of children and young people
- Experience of handling incidents involving Serious Youth Violence, Child Criminal Exploitation and/or Child Sexual Exploitation
- Experience supporting young people with mental ill health or substance misusers.
- Be able to demonstrate experience of supporting colleagues to deliver the highest standards of service delivery to young people.
- Be able to maintain effective relationships with outside agencies including the police, social service, and other statutory and voluntary agencies.
