Salary: £42,119 - £45,250 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Maximum job rate £48,978 performance related

Residential Children’s Home Registered Manager

- Based: Bury. St. Edmunds, Suffolk
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager of a Children's Home, you will:
- Join an experienced Care Management Team, alongside sixteen other managers, including four managing solo or dual children’s homes.
- Lead a team using your experience combined with model to encourage children to develop a positive sense of self, ensuring professional standards are maintained to a high level.
- Collaborate with the Therapeutic team, which provides two days a week of therapeutic support, including advice and practical tools, to support your team in delivering trauma-informed nurturing care.
- Provide effective support to staff, including advice, guidance, reflective supervision, and annual appraisals. Guide your team's development through extensive specialist workforce training programs.
- Work in partnership with young people, their families, friends, colleagues, and other agencies to achieve the best outcomes for each child in your care.
- Collaborate with Staying Connected service for smooth transitions when a young person leaves care, benefiting from in-house support and lifelong offer.
