Responsibilities – Registered Nurse

  • Assist the Clinical Lead in delivering care that helps improve the health of each resident.
  • To promote and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of all patients, employees and visitors.
  • To develop and update care plans are required
  • To complete risk assessments 
  • Ensure medication is ordered, administered and stored in line with NMC Guidelines
  • Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met and company policies and procedures are followed
  • Develop and promote good communication with residents, relatives and team members.
  • To assist in the development and implementation of the activities programme
  • Liaise with GP’s and other professionals to ensure outstanding care for the residents is maintained.

Skills Required – Registered Nurse 

  • An active UK PIN is required for this role
  • Previous experience working in a similar role
  • Up to date knowledge of clinical practices and working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • The position requires the candidate to be computer literate, good numeracy and literacy skills, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Must be a commutable distance from Stocksbridge, South Yorkshire
