- Salary – up to £19.50 per hour
- Hours – 33 hours a week
- Shifts – 12 hour day shifts, alternate weekends
- Area – Stocksbridge, South Yorkshire

Responsibilities – Registered Nurse
- Assist the Clinical Lead in delivering care that helps improve the health of each resident.
- To promote and safeguard the wellbeing and interests of all patients, employees and visitors.
- To develop and update care plans are required
- To complete risk assessments
- Ensure medication is ordered, administered and stored in line with NMC Guidelines
- Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are met and company policies and procedures are followed
- Develop and promote good communication with residents, relatives and team members.
- To assist in the development and implementation of the activities programme
- Liaise with GP’s and other professionals to ensure outstanding care for the residents is maintained.
Skills Required – Registered Nurse
- An active UK PIN is required for this role
- Previous experience working in a similar role
- Up to date knowledge of clinical practices and working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
- Strong leadership and management skills
- The position requires the candidate to be computer literate, good numeracy and literacy skills, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be a commutable distance from Stocksbridge, South Yorkshire
