Achieved a good rating from the CQC throughout the majority of their services and is looking for a Team Coordinator to further improve and maintain the high standards that are embedded throughout their values and service delivery.
- Salary – Up to £20,809.23 per annum
- Hours – 24 hours per week but will need to commit to occasional overnight stays
- Area – Located near in Lincolnshire, however will need to travel to Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Stoke-on-Trent as required.

Responsibilities - Executive Assistant to Service Quality Director
- To support the Service Quality Director as a Support Worker.
- To work at a senior level and attend board meetings.
- To take minutes of meetings.
- To accompany the Service Quality Director on visits to services to ensure the level of care is at the required expected.
- To promote values and standards of the service provider.
- To transport the Service Quality Director to meetings and visits.
- To assist a director with Learning Disabilities to be an effective member of the board of directors.
- Completing reports and review documents.
- To assist with Assistant duties as and when required (Administration).
Skills required – Executive Assistant to Service Quality Director
- You will need to have previous experience as a Support Worker or a similar role within the care industry.
- Experience of supporting service users with Learning Disabilities.
- This role requires previous administration experience.
- The position requires the candidate to be computer literate, good numeracy and literacy skills, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility regarding working hours to be able to support the Service Quality Director over 24 hours per week.
- Commutable distance from Lincolnshire.
- A willingness to travel across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Stoke-on-Trent as required for Visits/Meetings.
