This role will be based in our Peterborough hub, You will need to be ready to put the work in and have the confidence to engage with clients and candidates. This role is all about building relationships with candidates and clients. You will need to be a methodical and organised individual that wants to work as a team to achieve the organisational objectives and goals.
Recruitment/Senior Recruitment Consultant Healthcare
- Salary £27,000 OTE - £32,000 OTE depending on experience plus excellent commission structure!
- Working Hours 0830 – 1730
- Location – Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
- Permanent Full-time position.
Responsibilities: Recruitment/Senior Recruitment Consultant Healthcare
- To manage the candidate journey from interview to guarantee calls to clients after candidate start
- To speak with potential candidates and qualify them for the role and then send over application to clients
- To create job adverts
- Sourcing candidates from job boards and other avenues
- Preparing candidates for interview
- Liaising with clients and building relationships with both candidates and compliance teams
- Selling our services to potential clients
- Building a presence within the healthcare sector
- Take a consultative approach with clients and candidates
Skills required: Recruitment/Senior Recruitment Consultant Healthcare
- No previous recruitment experience required but desirable
- Motivated to complete tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Good at building relationships
- Confident with speaking on the phone
- Senior Consultant, proven track record of consistent billings within permanent recruitment
- Social media knowledge
- Ability to thrive in a face paced office environment
- A commutable distance from Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
