Clinical Lead Nurse
Gap Healthcare are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious manufacturer in the South Wales area. Our client is recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their team and become an integral part of bringing their UK Occupational Health teams together. The successful applicant will manage a team of occupational health professional who provide services to the business such as HAVS assessments, pre-placement medicals and sickness referral support.
You will have direct line manager responsibility for the Occupational Health teams in Port Talbot and Llanwern and will also provide support on clinical issues to management and HR as well as delivering awareness training on health issues throughout the organisation.
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant nursing qualification with RCN Pin and post qualification experience.
- HAVS assessment experience
- Occupational Health Diploma
- Experience of clinical policy development and deployment
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and effective leadership skills.
- Strong clinical nursing skills
In return the successful candidate will receive:
- A salary of between £48,000 - £52,000 per annum.
