My client is well established within the care sector, with over 30 care homes and are looking for a Registered Home Manager to oversee the service and further improve the high standards that are embedded in their values and service delivery. The home is designed to meet the needs of its service users and provides accommodation for 56 residents with dementia.
- Salary – Up to £50,000 per annum
- Hours – 40 hours
- Area – Newport, Shropshire
- Permanent position
Responsibilities Registered Home Manager
- To manage all aspects of the home to ensure that CQC regulations and policies are always adhered to.
- To oversee the financial budgets and staffing for the home.
- To ensure the safety and dignity of service users is upheld at all times.
- To oversee staff supervisions and staff development.
- To write and implement care plans and risk assessments.
- To promote values and standards of the service provider.
Skills Required Registered Home Manager
- You will need to have previous experience as a Registered Home Manager or a similar senior role within the care industry.
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- A Registered PIN would be desirable but is not essential for the role.
- Must have previous experience with dementia care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, guidelines, and inspections
- Must be a commutable distance from Newport, Shropshire

Main Purpose of the Role
- To lead the organisation’s flagship service, providing residential care and discharge to assess service, the only service of its kind in the city. The service is continuing to evolve to meet changing needs and plays a vital role in enabling the discharge of people from hospital.

My client is well established and is one of the leading providers of Learning Disabilities support throughout the UK. Achieved a good rating from the CQC throughout the majority of their services and is looking for a Team Coordinator to further improve and maintain the high standards that are embedded throughout their values and service delivery.
- Salary – Up to £27,534.58 per annum
- Hours – Full time, Will be inclusive of shift work and occasional sleep in as required
- Area – Located near to Swadlincote, Derbyshire.

Responsibilities - Team Coordinator Learning Disabilities
- To develop and maintain support plans.
- To oversee training needs of the teams.

- This role requires a minimum of an NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- The position requires the candidate to be computer literate, good numeracy and literacy skills, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility regarding working hours to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota.
- Commutable distance from Swadlincote, Derbyshire.
