Gap healthcare is currently working with a large health and social care provider who supports adults with physical and learning disabilities. We are looking to recruit temporary and permanent healthcare assistant in the Norwich area for full time and part time hours.
If successful, you will be working shifts and you will be expected to support the service users with accessing the community, personal care, independence skills development, support to identify and attend social and leisure activities.

What will you be doing: • Positively contribute to the personal development of our residents with both practical and emotional support. • Lead by example, behave and communicate appropriately at all times. • Design, implement, deliver and contribute in a wide range of innovative and exciting recreational events within the home and wider community. About the candidate:
• Level 2/ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable OR minimum of 3 years of experience of working as a support worker • Experience of providing care and support to young adults, ideally young adults with disabilities, autism and complex needs • Competent written and oral communication skills to include computer literacy
