Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £25,000 basic plus excellent commission structure!
Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

Responsibilities:

 

• Manage the candidate journey from interview to post-start follow-ups with clients.
• Build relationships with clients, candidates, and compliance teams.
• Qualify potential candidates and send applications to clients.
• Create job adverts and source candidates from job boards and other avenues.
• Prepare candidates for interviews.
• Sell our services to potential clients and build a presence within the healthcare sector.
• Take a consultative approach with clients and candidates.
• Shift bookings
• Paid On call duties on a rota basis 

Skills Required:

• Motivation to complete tasks.
• Driving licence and access to own car.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in speaking on the phone.
• Proven track record of consistent billings within permanent or temporary recruitment.
• Knowledge of social media.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
• A commutable distance from Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.
