gap healthcare is working with a medium-sized care provider that supports adults across various settings, including residential and specialist care services. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead a dedicated team within a well-established elderly care home in Holbeach. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven professional to lead high-quality care delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of healthcare professionals
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines
- Develop and implement person-centred care plans tailored to residents' needs
- Manage budgets and resources effectively
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
- Proven leadership experience in a managerial or senior nursing role
- Strong understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
