Responsibilities

  • To be a member of the Management Team and deputise for the Home Manger in their absence with regard to their overall responsibilities.
  • To play a significant role in the training and induction of Care Staff, providing clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient running of the home.
  • Ensuring all Staff are supervised appropriately, and rotas are in place to enable the smooth, efficient running’s of the home.
  • To ensure the wellbeing of all residents, making sure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Essential nursing tasks and duties including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation and management of chronic medical conditions.
  • To provide a caring, supportive, and nurturing environment in which residents can feel secure and free from harm.

Skills Required

  • Previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager in a Nursing/Residential home is required for this role.
  • An active UK PIN is required for this role.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge and experience of CQC Compliance, Inspections, Care Standards and Regulations
  • Clinical knowledge of Neurological conditions and ability to review individual care packages.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including teamwork, patience, ability to motivation and leadership.
  • Willingness to work towards level 5 diploma (if not already obtained)
  • Must be a commutable distance from Crewe, Cheshire.

  • To be responsible for ensuring new/replacement vehicles are fully kitted ready or operational use.
  • To assist in the operation of electronic systems.

Skills Required
