gap healthcare are seeking Registered Manager for a Children's Services inTilbury, Our client is a national provider of childrens services with multiple services accross Essex, Greater London and Sutton. You will be responsible for their 4 bedded EBD home in Tilbury, Essex.

Our client is paying an annual salary between £42k-£45k,

The ideal candidate would be someone who is positive, energetic and self-motivated with outstanding leadership skills, has a child-centred approach and who has a desire to make a difference in helping young people develop their independent skills to support their life's ambitions.
This Residential Children's home supports Children and Young People aged 10-18 years with Challenging and Emotional Behavioural difficulties of mixed gender.This is a great company to work for with a really good reputation on the market and with real career opportunities to develop into operations.

Main requirements :

Min 2 years working in Children's residential ideally as a Registered Manager
Level 5 in Health and Social Care
Sound working knowledge of Ofsted regulations and child protection laws.
