·Social care experience is not a prerequisite. The role can be challenging so successful applicants will not be fazed by this and can work calmly, efficiently and accurately even when under pressure
·Form/maintain excellent relationships with colleagues, customers, their family and other professionals
·Able to work alone and take responsibility for your own practices.
·Confident in making decisions using initiative and supporting customers to make choices
·Experience of supporting people (professionally or personally i.e. children, family etc.)
·Over the age of 18
Hours: minimum 22.5hrs and up to 37.5hrs per week
Shifts: Various - 7am to 2.30pm
/ 2.30pm to 10pm 7 days a week including sleep in shifts
A driving licence is preferred but is not essential for this role
·Salary £8.72 per hour (pay review pending from 1st April 2021)
