gap healthcare is working with a reputable health and social care provider who supports children and young people in residential care as well as supported living. We are looking for a Deputy Manager for one of their Children Homes based in Ilford. The home is registered for up to 5 residents with emotional and behaviour difficulties.
As the Deputy Manager you will be supporting the Registered Manager in running the home, getting involved in Safeguardings and making sure all Ofsted regulations are adhered to.
Main requirements for the Deputy Manager:
- previous experience in a similar position, either as a Deputy Manager or a Team Leader
- sound understanding of Ofsted regulations
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
- flexible with the hours you can work
The successful applicant will be working full time on a shift based that will include weekends and some sleep ins.
