gap healthcare is working with a Social Care provider who supports young people and children in residential care. Our client is looking to recruit a permanent Registered Manager for one of their Ofsted registered homes that supports children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
The home, which is based in Burnham-on Crouch, has a Good Ofsted rating and all the provider's other services have consistently been marked Good by Ofsted.
Main requirements for the successful Registered Manager:
- Previous experience in a management role in a similar environment either as a Registered Manager, Service Manager or Deputy Manager
- Sound understanding of Ofsted regulations
- At least 2 years previous experience within children services
- NVQ level 5 or equivalent in Health and Social Care achieved or working towards
