Useful COVID-19 resources for workers and candidates
Our consultants are recruiting remotely and looking for candidates to fill key worker healthcare positions in nursing homes, residential care homes, mental health, supported living and children's residential services. We’re also increasingly recruiting for other healthcare roles as businesses begin to return to work.

Additional measures for new candidates applying for work
- Candidates will be asked about any recent travel and future travel plans. Any candidates who confirm recent travel to a high-risk country will not be eligible for work for two weeks.
- Risk assessments are being carried out on all workers.
- Hygiene information will be issued to reiterate the importance of maintaining good hygiene practices.
- Our sickness policy will be discussed in particular detail, highlighting the process that must be followed should symptoms of any illness occur.
- All candidates will be advised to follow absence procedures, and not to attend work if they have symptoms of any illness.
Candidates currently on work placements
- Current holiday booking processes include providing us with a completed holiday request form; upon receipt of these forms candidates will be contacted to establish and document their travel plans. Until further notice, any candidates returning from travel to a high-risk country will not be eligible for work for two weeks.
- Upon return from any annual leave workers will be contacted to complete a return-to-work assessment to understand if there were any instances of sickness.
- Communications will be issued to all registered candidates highlighting hygiene information to reiterate the importance of maintaining good hygiene practices, and our sickness policy noting the process that must be followed should symptoms of any illness occur.
